Muir came to Gunyah to live in 2022, when she was about 6 weeks old. Her human had ongoing health concerns which resulted in lots of trips back and forth to Melbourne for treatment. She had to rehome some of her much loved birds.

Upon arrival, it was clear that Muir was quite malnourished. It was touch and go initially as to whether she would be strong enough to make it, but thankfully she did and is now a big strong, growing hen. She came in with Whewell, and this loveable duo are always together.
